TRACKING FAQS

i've received certain items, but not all items from my order?

Except for custom and made to order items, all of our pictured items are in-stock unless otherwise noted. In those situations, we go ahead and ship the in-stock item so you can have at least part of your order as soon as possible. The custom and made to order items will be shipped as soon as they are completed.

 

why isn't my tracking number working?

USPS is updates tracking numbers immediately. However, at times they may experience delays. Please try tracking your order once again in 24 hours. The "Order Tracking" feature will only work once the item has actually been shipped. It does not update you on the actual status of your order if it has not shipped yet and is still in production.

 

the tracking number says delivered, but i haven't received my order?

All domestic delivery issues become the responsibility of USPS once it’s been shipped from our warehouse. You can contact USPS at (800) 275-8777 or go directly to your local post office to locate your package. As more time passes, it may be more difficult for USPS to locate your package in case it was lost in transit and we advise and urge you to contact USPS immediately in such situations!
